The news was full of Netflix items this week. There were two announcements of deals that put Netflix on STBs in France and Belgium. It was widely reported  that Netflix users were watching 1.5 hours a day, but other data suggests it is much less than that. Finally, Netflix took on the movie business in a deal with the Weinstein Company and in another with Adam Sandler.
